Housed in a historic 18th-century setting, the hotel boasts a 16-metre swimming pool overlooking the historic and oenological heritage of Tournon and Hermitage, 16 rooms with all modern comforts, peaceful gardens to savour, nibble and unwind, a gym, meeting and seminar rooms on a human scale, a tasting cellar, and a bar "le Gabriel" with its own spring, opening onto an interior patio.
