Come discover or rediscover the tradition of Saucisse à la Geigne (sausages cooked in grape pomace) at the estate during a fun and delicious evening.
What is “Saucisse à la Geigne”?
It’s an old winemaking tradition: the sausages are slowly cooked in grape pomace—that is, what’s left of the grapes after pressing. It’s a unique cooking method directly linked to the grape harvest and our work as winemakers.
