Catherine and Eric welcome you to a gourmet bistro-style restaurant serving local products, just 10 min away from Tain l'Hermitage. All their dishes showcase local specialities and reflect their passion for the ingredients.
Just as the donkey would always choose carrots over miles, we strive to encourage short circuits and showcase the local land by only using local producers.
