L'Auberge de Crussol

A unique restaurant, at the foot of the ruins of Crussol castle, in a protected natural area, with a splendid view of the hills of Saint-Péray and Cornas.

A simple and authentic local cuisine, prepared over a wood fire in our large fireplace and our bread oven. The menu gives pride of place to local produce: all the meats come from small farms in the Ardèche, fruit and vegetables from the market, and a fine selection of wines to be tasted on our terrace facing the vines. Surrounded by lilacs, lime trees, fig trees and holm oaks. The Auberge de Crussol also has games for children and a large, easily accessible car park.
