Le Carré d’Aléthius is a calm, relaxing hotel-restaurant in a charming medieval village in Ardèche. Enjoy dishes by Michelin-starred chef Olivier Samin out on the patio in summer.
This hotel-restaurant (9 rooms) opened in 2010 and is located at the heart of the village of Charmes-sur-Rhône. Both the restaurant and the rooms are decorated with modern finesse, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere. The young team will do their utmost to make your stay a perfect one, and will welcome you with cordiality and simplicity.

Adult menu: 44 to 135 €. - Tentation menu (starter, main course, dessert) 44 € - Lunchtime from Wednesday to Friday (except bank holidays) - Carré menu (starter, main course, dessert) 74 € - lunchtime and dinner weekdays and Saturday all day - Grand Carré menu (starter, 2 main courses, dessert) 94 € - lunchtime and dinner weekdays and Saturday all day - Alethius menu (degustation menu in 6 services) 135 € – dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and lunchtime on Saturday and bank holidays.
