Founded in 1834, Paul Jaboulet Aîné owns an estate of over 100 hectares spread over the finest plots of land in the northern Côtes du Rhône. The House's excellence is to be found both in the vineyards, with organic farming that respects and enhances the richness and diversity of the terroirs, and in the cellars, with meticulous, highly-specialised winemaking, always striving for perfection. In the historic heart of the vineyards, at the foot of the famous Hermitage hills, VINEUM houses the Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné cellar, as well as a wine bar and restaurant.
